These terms apply when you use the Mak-Insight Solutions (Pvt) Ltd website, visit our store in Bulawayo, request a quotation, or buy products and services from us. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.
The shop and the site
We offer printing, photocopying, graphic design, ICT support, research and academic coaching, business coaching and retail products. Prices, stock and turnaround times can change. What you see online is a guide; the final job is confirmed in store, by WhatsApp, email or a written quotation.
Quotations
A quotation is an estimate, not a tax invoice and not a binding contract until we both agree the specs and you accept it. If the job changes (paper, quantity, finishing, rush time), the price may change. Quotes may expire on the date shown on the document.
Orders, payment and collection
Please check artwork, names and quantities before we print. Once production has started, we may not be able to cancel without a charge. Payment methods available in store (cash and other methods we display) apply. Goods and finished jobs are usually collected at Forty 11 Flea Market unless we agree otherwise. Risk passes to you on collection.
Your content
You must have the right to use logos, photos and text you send us. You keep your materials; we keep the right to use our own templates, processes and tools. We may decline work that is unlawful, defamatory or that we reasonably believe infringes someone else’s rights.
Website use
Do not misuse the site (including trying to access staff areas without permission, scraping in a way that harms the service, or posting fake reviews). Reviews should be honest and based on a real experience with us. We may hide or remove content that breaks these terms.
Liability
We take care with every job. If something goes wrong because of our error, talk to us and we will try to reprint, redo or refund a fair portion. We are not responsible for loss of profit, files you did not back up, or delays outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited under Zimbabwean law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. The courts of Zimbabwe have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have as a consumer.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page will change when we do. The version on this website is the current one.
