Mak-Insight Solutions (Pvt) Ltd (“we”, “us”) runs a print, design, ICT, research and retail shop in Bulawayo. This page explains what information we collect when you use our website, WhatsApp, email, in-store visits, quotations and purchases — and how we look after it.

- Order, quotation, cart and payment notes needed to complete a job.

- Staff login details for people who work here (admin accounts only).
How we use it
We use your information to quote and complete jobs, process sales, answer enquiries, improve our services, and (only if you ask) send offers. We do not sell your details to other companies for their marketing.
Cart and cookies
The shopping cart is stored on your device (local storage) so items stay while you browse. We may also use simple cookies or similar tools so the site remembers preferences. You can clear these in your browser; the cart will empty.
Sharing
We share information only when needed: payment providers, delivery partners if you request delivery, and tools that host this website (including our database provider). We may also share information if the law requires it.
Keeping it safe
Staff access is limited to people who need it to serve you. No method of storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect records of jobs, quotes and contacts.

You may ask to see, correct or delete personal information we hold, or ask us to stop using it for marketing. Contact us using the details below. We may keep some records where the law or a completed job requires it (for example invoices).
Children
Our shop and website are aimed at adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for marketing.
